DisclosedRx, a rapidly growing Pharmacy Benefit Management company, is seeking several dedicated Prescription Navigators to join our Member Services Team. This role requires prior experience in pharmacy benefits or health insurance, strong adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills. Your Responsibilities: As a Prescription Navigator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring members receive the medications they need through our proprietary savings programs. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls to assist members and third parties with medication and insurance plan inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to members, prescribers, and pharmacies to resolve medication-related issues.
- Assisting members in navigating and maximizing cost savings programs.
- Utilizing Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organizing claim information.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Who We Are Looking For: To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Medical Insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist and advocate for members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- General insurance knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in a small company or entrepreneurial environment.
